Staff Event App at IMEX 2018

Event Technology to enhance staff experience at the premier event

IMEX is the largest trade exhibition in Germany for meetings, conventions, events and incentive travel. Visitors are primarily event planners from agencies, various companies and associations. Other attendees include business travel managers and marketing managers who are responsible for the planning of events.

Multiple document libraries were used for this event app to host a number of resources for the EventMobi staff while they were onsite. These conference app document libraries included information on what to know before attending the event. This included travel documents, event & hotel information, as well as product guides.

The staff event app also used the Maps Module to host Google Maps that could be accessed directly within the app. To enhance the event experience, these embedded maps provided information on the location of the event venues, where the team would be meeting for dinner, as well as places for leisure activities.
